Basic movements and an easy pace make our classes perfect for anyone who is give yoga a try for the first time, or if you are looking for a great workout to head into the weekend! Give something new a try and jump in a yoga class at the North Coast Jiu-Jitsu Club.

Yoga classes provide an incredible workout! Simple and fun routines that are guaranteed to improve your core strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga is the perfect supplement to any sport or activity you already practice!

Besides providing a great physical workout, yoga is great for the mind! Relax and unwind in a friendly, quiet, and calming environment each week while getting a good workout in the process! Yoga and Jiu-Jitsu will get you in shape and melt your stress away.
