In our Adult Jiu-Jitsu Classes, we focus on fundamentals. Our instructors always cover techniques and situations in great detail, and all students receive plenty of one-on-one attention from our staff of self-defense professionals. Jiu-Jitsu is designed to be effective against a large, aggressive opponent, making it the perfect martial art to train for everyone, including women, children, and senior citizens!

Fitness

If you are looking to get in shape while staying engaged and excited about each workout, Jiu-Jitsu is for you! Each class is guaranteed to deliver a full body workout.
